Terms of Service

These terms apply to the garage door services provided by SpringFix Garage Doors Inc. (CSLB Lic. #1161347), doing business as SpringFix Garage Doors ("we", "us", or "our"). By requesting a quote or scheduling service, you agree to these terms.
SpringFix Garage Doors Inc. schedules and manages all service appointments. Services are performed by technicians on behalf of SpringFix Garage Doors Inc., all invoices are issued by SpringFix Garage Doors Inc., and customers pay SpringFix Garage Doors Inc. directly.
Quotes and pricing
We provide an upfront price before any work begins. You must approve the quoted price before we start a repair or installation. Quotes are based on the work described and the parts required; if we discover additional issues during the job, we will explain them and quote any additional work before proceeding.
Service appointments
We are a mobile, service-area business and come to your home. We make every effort to provide same-day service, but appointment times are estimates and may be affected by prior jobs, traffic, and parts availability.
Warranty
Repairs and installations carry a warranty on parts and labor. The specific warranty term for your job is written on your invoice before we start. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impacts, or modifications made by others after our work.
To request warranty service, call us at 916-404-1066 or email springfixgd@gmail.com with your invoice number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and schedule a follow-up visit if needed.
Licensing
SpringFix Garage Doors is a licensed California contractor (CSLB Lic. #1161347) and carries insurance for the work we perform.
Safety
Garage door springs, cables, and other tensioned components are dangerous. We strongly advise against attempting repairs to these parts yourself. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from DIY attempts before or after our service.
